Ingredients:

6 Large Apples (any kind works)

The harder the apples, the better they’ll turn out

4 tbs Margarine or Butter

2 tbs Cinnamon

4 tbs Brown Sugar

Cookie Dough (Optional)

Tools:

Baking Tray

Knife

Cutting Surface

Spoon

Directions:

Wash and dry your apples. Make sure they are firm on each surface on the outside, these will make the bowls of your pie, and that they stand on a flat surface Cut ¼ inch from the top of your apples off. Save the tops Hollow out your apple, forming a bowl shape by cutting around in a circle, and hollowing out the inside with a spoon Microwave Butter, Cinnamon, Brown Sugar until completely melted, stirring at 30 second intervals Using the tops and insides of the apple, cut into small chunks and mix with the butter/cinnamon mixture Fill the apples over the top with the mixture Bake for 15 minutes, or until the insides are warm and cooked, and juices have been released Cut the cookie dough into circles and place on top of the apples Bake for another 10 minutes, or until cookies are light brown Top with ice cream or whipped cream and enjoy!
