Flower Sunday, the annual day in which Wellesley first-years are matched up with their bigs, was held on Sunday, Sept. 13. The Office of Religious and Spiritual Life provided first-year students with flowers and gratitude journals in lieu of the traditional ceremony.

Career Education Speakers

Wellesley alumna Kathleen McCarthy ‘08 spoke as part of the Life Sciences Career Chat series on Sept. 15. McCarthy is the co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Skyhawks Therapeutics.

Let Me Speak

On Saturday, Sept. 12, the Office of Intercultural Education hosted student monologues about various topics, such as mental illness, sexuality, and race. Let Me Speak is a yearly program for new students.
